New Store on Hwy 104 Near Albany

We did it again.  We recently purchased a third location!  The former M&L Greenhouse is soon to be Pleasant Prairie Greenhouse South!  It is located less than 10 minutes south of Evansville on Hwy 104.  It has two retail greenhouses totaling more than 5,750 square feet and a 1,500 square foot store.  

We have been busy upgrading the electrical wiring, improving the solat set up and making improvements to the store.  We have added reclaimed wood wainscoting inside and built a pergola over the cash register area.  Another large pergola in our display area is coming soon. Once the snow melts we will begin working on a 3,000 square foot area for perennials, trees, and shrubs.

Annuals, hanging baskets (1400 of them), planters, perennials, veggies, trees and shrubs are all being ordered or planted.  While all our stores will carry many of the same items, there will be unique annual flowers, planters and baskets at each one. Garden decor will come from a different vendor at the new location too, so there will be lots of new things to see!  

We have added a larger variety of seed packets at our Evansville store, and our new site will have bulk seeds, preselected garden packs, individual seed packets, seed potatoes, and onion sets.  Our Evansville location will continue to have bulk mulch and rock, and our Hwy 104 store will carry these in bags only. April 17th is opening day at all our locations.  Just like you, we can’t wait to get growing!
